Online self-help and education centers hold diverse ideas on the continuous re-engineering of the human experience; this is no longer news. In Togo, the cost of living is equally as cheap as it is expensive; social life is what you wish to make of it within the limits of prevailing socio-cultural bottlenecks. But the affordability and universality of education as a market, as a mind and as a pivot of all other issues fundamental to informed collectivism in national direction, safety and surveillance are yet to gain healthy attention in the politics of our being.
